Important note! If you send cryptocurrency to the wrong network, the funds can be lost forever. Blockchains don’t communicate with each other, and crypto transfers can’t be undone. Always double-check the currency and network before sending to avoid permanent loss.
How to make crypto deposit correctly
When making a deposit, please ensure you send the correct cryptocurrency using the correct crypto network. Every time a new deposit is made, the payment system provider generates a new crypto wallet for transaction processing.
The using of previously generated wallets or sending of crypto via incorrect crypto network may lead to the total loss of your funds.
Deposit and Withdrawal
- You can fund and withdraw using cryptocurrencies depending on your operating company (OC) and location. Please check the Dashboard to be sure.
- Most major cryptocurrencies are supported for deposits and withdrawals, including BTC, USDT, USDC, ETH, XRP, etc. You can check the exact availability by clicking on the logo of the payment provider.
- Please note that a conversion to fiat occurs when funds are sent to or from Admirals. When you make a deposit, your cryptocurrency is converted into fiat currency during the transaction process, and Admirals receives the funds in fiat. Similarly, when you request a withdrawal, Admirals sends fiat currency, which is then converted into cryptocurrency and delivered to your crypto wallet.
- Crypto transactions are mainly instant; the only exceptions are corner cases.
- Minimum amount for crypto deposits and for withdrawals: minimum amount is 25 USD/EUR and maximum amount per 1 transaction is 10 000 USD/EUR.
- There are gas/ blockchain network fees, which are covered by user.
Crypto Usage Restrictions on Our Platform
- You cannot buy Bitcoin or other cryptocurrencies through our platform. At Admirals, we do not store any cryptocurrency — all deposits and withdrawals are processed through trusted, long-term payment partners. This ensures secure handling of your transactions, aligned with industry best practices.
- We work exclusively with regulated and reputable providers, which makes crypto transactions on our platform safe and reliable. However, availability may vary by country depending on our crypto payment partners.
- Additionally, you cannot convert crypto to fiat (e.g., USD, EUR) or perform any kind of crypto exchange on our platform. The conversion, which is happening during deposit or withdrawal, is happening on the side of our providers.
- You also cannot hold cryptocurrencies in your account or in any Admirals wallet.
Didn’t Receive Your Crypto Deposit? Here’s What to Do
If your crypto deposit hasn’t arrived, please contact our Customer Support team and provide the following:
- A screenshot or PDF confirmation of the payment
- The transaction hash (ID) for investigation
- Always make sure to select the correct cryptocurrency and network before sending funds. Sending to the wrong network can lead to irreversible loss of your assets — please note that in such cases, we will not be able to recover the funds or provide assistance.
