I made a deposit via credit card. The transaction is awaiting approval, and you are asking me to send a photo of my credit card. Is this normal?

It's likely that the cardholder's name doesn't fully match the name in the Dashboard (reasons for this could include a mistyped name spelling or that a third-party credit card has been used).


In order to proceed with this transaction and for verification purposes, please provide a picture of the front of the card clearly showing the following information:

  • The cardholder's full name

  • The last 4 digits of your card

  • Date of expiry

We work hard to ensure that our client's personal data is safe and securely stored. As part of this, we are neither able to accept nor process payments from or to third-party accounts.


Please note: we do not accept nor process Payments directed to or originating from accounts belonging to someone else (third person) than the client.
