Withdrawal Request Declined — What to Do Next?

So, you’ve encountered a situation where your withdrawal request was declined. Don’t worry! In most cases, the issue can be easily resolved. The important thing is to understand the reason and try again.

Below are the most common reasons why a withdrawal might be declined and what you can do to fix it:

Issue: You tried to withdraw to a third-party account.

Solution: Please withdraw only to a bank account or payment method that belongs to you.

Issue: The bank details provided were incorrect.

Solution: Double-check the information you entered and submit a new request.

Issue: You requested a withdrawal in the currency of a country different from your bank account. For example, USD to a French bank.

Solution: While our Finance department checks the currency for requested withdrawals, we unfortunately are not always able to reach you, so your withdrawal might be declined directly. Please create a withdrawal in the currency most relevant for your bank country.

Issue: The transaction failed when I tried to withdraw to my bank card.

Solution: If you face an issue like a failed transaction when withdrawing directly to your card, don't hesitate to contact your bank to check if direct withdrawals may be accepted.

Please note that the available payment methods depend on your country and the operational company you are registered with.
