You can easily edit the settings of your chart and save them as chart templates. To learn how to save templates follow this link.

If you want your desired settings to be applied to every new chart, you will have to save the template with the name 'default.tpl'. The settings saved in this template will be used for every newly opened chart on the MetaTrader 4 and 5 platform.

Please note, that charts that have already been opened cannot be switched to the default template automatically. For open charts, the template has to be applied manually from the charts context menu.
